We are looking for Sr. Java Engineers as we are in a drastic growth

POSITION: Senior Software Engineers, Java:

for advertisers and web publishers, including display advertising,
co-registration marketing, email marketing, lead generation,

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for experienced and skilled Java programmers with Unix
experience who can participate in the full software engineering cycle.
A successful candidate will have experience in the requirements
analysis, design, coding, QA, deployment, and support of their
applications.

We are building in-house software to support our own high volume, high
uptime internet marketing applications. Our systems need to make real
time optimization decisions with partial data, support higher level
decisions with reporting, track events with integrity, flexibly present
content using a variety of technologies, and run reliably, even during
upgrades.

REQUIREMENTS:
In addition to 5+ years work experience and highly competitive Java
skills, you will have:

·Deep knowledge and understanding of object-oriented design
·Design patterns
·Unix, TCP/IP, HTTP, databases, SQL, and transactions
·Any shell, Perl, or Javascript skills are helpful
·Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience


SUCCESS FACTORS:
You should be familiar with big O notation, and know how to use it to
understand the scalability of the applications you build.
·You communicate well, and will be prepared to write code during our
interviewing process.
·You should be willing to support your team's code whenever it
breaks, and enjoy collaborating in a team environment.
