The "Swing" section of Ramgarg69's website appears to be an unattributed
copy of this book:

by Robinson and
Vorobiev. The first edition is available for download in Word97 format.
Ramgarg69's website says (c) Steve Gorge. I can find no mention there of
the original authors of this work.
