Needed strong Eclipse Plug Developer for project in Austin, TX.
Flexible hours, full-time or part-time, on-site or off-site, need to
be available to attend meetings in Austin, TX. Rate $55-60/hour on
W2.
Details:
Contractor will work on an Eclipse 3.2 Plugin to facilitate project
development and deployment.
Background & Objectives
The Client has created the framework for an Eclipse Plugin to aid in
the development of a larger software project code named Protean. The
company has a requirement to expand the functionality of the existing
Plugin.
The work can be performed on or off site, and during or after business
hours. In either case the Contractor will be expected to attend
project meetings.
The Plugin will have the ability to add a Protean nature to a Java
project with a preferences page to set defaults on the plugin nature.
The Protean nature will have two views that display an XML document in
various formats. The nature will also allow specialized right mouse
click options to be selected. Finally, the nature will also have one
or more wizards that facilitate creating an XML document.
