setting class path 4 netbeans & Xerces parser

Im quite at a loss on how to set the classpath on netbeans IDE for the
xerces parser.

Ive checked netbeans documentaion but still puzzled.

I'm using netbeans to code a parser in java on windows 2000 (and also on OS
X10.1 for the macintosh).

Would be grateful for any hints
