Web interface for mobile devices

I would must create a web pages where an user, with a mobile
device(like cellular phone, pda), can select multimedia conten. This
content have to be downloaded on the mobile device.
How can I realise this thing?
Can I create a JSP page?
In the mobile device I would must implement something?
I have listened to speak about java agent on jade paltform. Are the
agents usable in this thing?
Whare can I find a java agent on jade tutorial?
