So IE 6 displays it 'wrong'?
A text file that Notepad will
not display correctly will
display just fine in IE 6,
it will probably also do so
in IE 5, but I do not have
access to it to confirm.
I was checking such things earlier
today as I looked at the source
and files in a download generated by
my server.
When I realised that IE could display
the files that Notepad was choking on,
any possibility of supporting Notepad
vanished.

What I find myself asking is
"Just how many concessions do you
make to the broken software of a
broken OS?"
