I've already selected both IE and Netscape in the Java Plug-in applet in
the Control Panel. However, I now have a suspicion that my recent
install of Visual Studio 6.0, which installed a copy of MS JVM, may be
the cause of my problems.

I'm still no closer to solving it though.
