Anyone experience with jetspeed2?Installation Problem/P6SpyDriver

I followed the instructions on
http://portals.apache.org/jetspeed-2/getting-started.html to install/build
jetspeed 2.
But in Step 3,command "maven allClean allBuild" it throws a
Class-Not-found-Exception:
"JDBC driver com.p6spy.engine.spy.P6SpyDriver could not be loaded". After I
copied p6spy.jar to maven/lib/endorsed he can find the class, but there is
still an "Instanciation Exception".

Can anybody help me?
