memory problem with Motorola V525

Dear all,

I have a big problem with memory on the V525.
In order not to get out of Memory-Error I set all Sprite-Objects that
are actually not needed to null and run gc().
The problem is, that I do not get all the memory free.
So my midlet runs into outOfMemory-Error.

Can anybody help me with this? Is it a known Issue on the V525/V500?
