Adding JComponents to a JPanel at Timed Intervals

Hello,

I am a little stumped on something. I have a application that I am
working on. I want to know how to add JButtons to a JPanel at set
intervals like every 10 seconds? Is this possible and if so can
anyone give me a hint as to how to go about it?
