HOW TO...

I'm looking for information regarding how to design a program that
will halt/stop/or keep programs from running on the entire computer
exept of course for itself and the OS. I quickly browsed through
Sun's website (not the API). Any information regarding this would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks a bundle in advance, JTMOBAP.
