What's a weekend? (just kidding -- kind of...)

Ok here is the situation. They don't work in either browser, Netscape or IE.
Both the latest.

The URL would involve giving you my real estate password and my ebay password.
But they do work in my partner's browsers.
So it only on https sites that tit happens. REgular Java apps seem to be
working. LIke the test games at the Java site. I guess that counts.
what did I do before the screw up?
I did 3 things that I can remember. I had installed Adaware. I upgraded the
eBay toolbar (they kept bugging me to!). I also installed Webroot's
Spysweeper..
I install thngs all the time so I didnt think it would mess up the JAva. I must
have been nuts.
So I uninstalled each thing and rebooted. I made sure no pop-up blokers were
on. they never are on, I don't use them bedcaSue of stuff like this. I also
dont't go to wierd cites though. None of this ehelped. I did a systerm restore.
That didn't help either. I just tried to do an ealier system restore and it
didn't even taek. dumped Ll my sites with rules on them in IE and set it to
dfault. That didn't hlep either. I set it to the losest security and privacy
and took off the Xp firwall and that didn't help either. I never had to set a
proxy before and I kind of know what it is, but since it all worked without me
typing thingfs in before, I was thinking it shold keep on working. I must be
mad. I can work around one of the applets, and not see wht I'm posting to
Ebayj, and atake longer to do it, But the other applet, I can't do certain
functions at all. I can't see maps or tax data. Did I say I uninstalled and
reinstalled Java from the Sun site twice and made a noble attempt to make sure
I had the latest ActiveX from MS?
I get messages like this on the Java console:
(I understand "html", but I but I don't understand this)
