I don't know what newsreader you are using but if it is the newsreader built
into Outlook Express, just click on "New Post" like you normally do when
composing a post. Then go to the Java Console in IE, like I explained
before, run the applet that seems to be causing the trouble, and click on
the "Copy" button there. Then, go back to your new post and click on
Edit/Paste in the post; that should paste whatever you copied from the
console into your email.

If you give me the URL where this pogo game can be found, I can see if it
plays okay on my PC. That won't help you directly but it might give us a
clue about the nature of the problem. Or not.

Is there any particular point during the game at which she has problems or
does the problem happen regardless of how long she plays or what she does
during the game? For example, it's possible that she only has problems when
she tries to record a high score in the high score table; then again, maybe
she has problems as soon as she starts playing pogo.

Also, can she play other games at that site without difficulty or do they
all have the same problems as pogo?
