Daylight Saving Time in Australia 2005/2006

Daylight Saving Time in Australia 2005/2006 has been extended for one
week due to the Commonwealth Games.

When I tested Sun's J2SE v 1.4.2_10 SDK for Windows, it was still using
the old changeover date.

Does anyone know anything about this issue?
Is Sun aware of it?
Are there fixes available/imminent?

It seems all Australian states with Daylight Saving are adopting the
new end date for 2006 (TAS, VIC, ACT, NSW, SA), and so at least the
following TimeZones (from java.util.TimeZone) are affected:

Australia/Adelaide
Australia/Broken_Hill
Australia/ACT
Australia/Sydney
Australia/Tasmania
Australia/Victoria
Australia/NSW
Australia/Canberra
Australia/Hobart
Australia/Melbourne
