What do you mean by a "GUI build tool"? Do you mean a tool to visually
assemble interfaces? IMO, the UI widgets are so simplistic that such a
tool would be unnecessary; i.e., since all widgets are pretty much
placed onto the display in the order they're added to the Form there's
not much need for a visual tool to do it for you.
