Why should your application prevent an another, presumably one the
user intends to run, from starting?
Also, there is probably nothing your code can do that can't be
circumvented by someone who really wants to run the application you're
trying to prevent from running, so what's the point really...
If I discovered such an irritant on my system I'd toss it without any
second thoughts.
