I went to http://bugs.sun.com/ but the categories there don't seem to
include "Documentation". There isn't even a catch-all "others" category
(they have something called "------OTHER-----", but it's a seperator, and
not an actual selectable item).

If you choose "Java 2 Platform Standard Edition JRE/JDK" as the
Product/Category, you can choose "JDK/JRE documentation, API, tutorials
(doc)" as Subcategory.

That would probably be what you're looking for?
