sms

hi all
i m developing a web site for educational portals for our college in
which i want to give a sms facility where if a student have 3 absent
then an sms should be sent to parent mobile automatically. so please
tell me whats are the tools and which book i should refer and from
where i get help and how to develop this and what type of research i
have do for it . i m developing my site in jsp. please help me because
this is my fyp.
