Java routine sleeps after hibernate

Hi all,

my Java routine monitors the ISDN telephone interface.
After the computer is started from hibernate
the monitoring stopped even though the program
still runs. If I stop and start the program again by hand,
everything works fine.

Simple problem solving by that. But how can I start
the program automatically after hibernate?
