how to deploy my java programs as a software package by including jre

Hi, i had written a program in java. it is an addressbook.i want to
deploy this program as a complete software package to my friends.this
must be just like any other package like Adobe or any media player. i
am trying to get the answer to the question for so many days. please
help me.
