Yeah. How about a macro that does the copy pasting?

I really enjoy data conversion tasks. I'm hoping that the OP
has simply misposted to c.l.j.p. There is a fairly active group
at microsoft.public.word.tables. If he were to post his question
there and explain in considerably more detail what he hopes
to accomplish I'm sure he would be led to an ................
effective approach.
