migrating to AMD Athlon64

I have a Web site that runs on Linux, Apache, Tomcat with a lot of
intensive JSP read/writes to MYSQL. The system uses a single 200MZ
pentium chip.

I would like to someday migrate to AMD's 64 bit chip like the AMD
Athlon64 FX-51.

Are there linux OS(s) that support the architecture?
Are there or will there soon be virtual machines that support it?
Would I have to alter my JSP code?

Would Apache, Tomcat and MYSQL have come out with versions that
support it in order for me to make full use of 64-bit computing?

Anyone now of Web sites that outline this type of migration?

I realize these questions go far beyond java but I don't know where
else to ask.
