If machines were obviously in different time zones, the atomic clock
utility would surely in its 'Standard Time Zone Name' and 'Daylight
Time Zone Name' display different timezone identifiers... but it
doesn't (shows AUS Eastern Standard Time and AUS Easter Daylight Time
respectively). Besides, if you forget about Java altogether, how many
different ways of specifying a timezone for a given machine can you
think of? Me, just one... by double-clicking on the clock in the tray
menu and then going to 'Time Zone' tab...
