java to exe

I have made a simpel test program to see if i can make an exe file. I
used exe4j and i managed to make an exe file but only in the same
folder as the source file en classes from the test program. If i place
the exe i.e. on my desktop it will give een error. My question is: how
can i make een exe that i can run anywhere?
