I don't think this would be a very good thing:
- maintenance of such a system would be huge: backup and recovery systems, clusters, etc.
- time/cpu spent to check for updates
- who would own this repository? M$oft? :)


Who needs it, when there is the wonderful "J:drive" and the "Replicator"? :)
