A quick note: you might need some work on your communication skills.
There isn't a single full stop or apostrophe in the above text, for example. Although I, and others, may understand what you mean, it looks sloppy, and if I was a prospective employer I wouldn't be interested in employing someone with such sloppy communication. It looks lazy.
