It's the data which describes how "Polically Correct" (PC) some person or
entity is. For instance one person might be PC with respect to issues of race
and religion, but not PC with respect to issues of gender or age.
Unfortunately, the term (like so many in computing) is overloaded -- in other
contexts PCDATA is the data describing the configuration of a PC: what kind of
processor it has, how much RAM, clock speed, and so on. Needless to say, it is
not a good idea to confuse the two.
