Weblogic 8 to 9 conversion

I'm trying to get a web app that was running just fine in Weblogic 8
to run in Weblogic 9. The error message I'm getting at the moment is
"Multiple occurrences of jsp-config element are not allowed in
web.xml". The problem with that is that I have only one <jsp-config>
element. There are seven <taglib> elements within that tag.

I've also tried putting a separate <jsp-config></jsp-config> around
each <taglib> group. Doesn't make any difference at all.

Does anybody know how to use taglibs in WL9?
