JARs and Manifest

From what I can tell, it is not possible ( via
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/deployment/jar/downman.html ),
but just in case there's an alternative work-around method
(Ant...something else?), is it possible for me to include a JAR file
within my project's JAR file and still access that internal JAR file?
