I was going to mention that. You could easily cut out most of the spam and
noise by filtering on the number of newsgroups and maybe which ones got cross
posted to. You might get a few false positives but they're not likely to be
interesting since excessive cross posting is a sign of usenet cluelessness.
Other headers can be useful also but it's all rather moot with Thunderbird,
isn't it?
