CryptoUtil code from Jason weiss book

hi
i am going thru Jason weiss book but lost the cd..and thus can't run
some examples that need code like CryptoUtil.java etc

I would like to know if someone has the code for it and can post it so
that i can work the exampls..
especially i an looking for the
CryptoUtil.readFromSocketChannel(somesocketchannel) that returns a
byte[]
this code is needed for the AliceClient demo in chapter3
