Virtually no PCs are made at that speed. If Vista depends on that, no wonder
people are having trouble. The machine I bought this year that has Vista
pre-installed by the manufacturer runs at 2.4 GHz. No machine that came with
Vista in that store ran at 3.0 GHz or above clock speed.
From whence get you this number?
