eig Mtalb vs eig in JAva-JAMA

Hallo, exist some alternative MAtlab to eigs(k,A) in Java, in JAMA i can only compute full eig, but its too time demnading, does anybody know soame another librery or how modificated the eigenvalue class in JAMA? solve somebody something like tht? thanks
