Q: JAXB and default in the element tag (plus some other Q's)

Anyone know if "default=" works in the element tag in JAXB1.3 version, if
so can someone reply with a working example?

Also anyone here know when/if minLen and maxLen are being implemented
(i.e.constraints) and when they are expected?
