AspectJ Install help

Hello,

Does anybody know where I can get detailed help on installing AspectJ? I am
relatively new to Java, and although I have managed to install the
AspectJBrowser, I cannot build.
It says it needs a .lst file (why - what does that do?) and if I point to
one in the examples folder, it says I'm missing the aspectjrt.jar file off
my CLASSPATH. But it's there!!!

What am I missing????

Any help gratefully received.
