External Javadoc not displaying in IntelliJ IDEA 4.5

I recently switched to a new Win XP computer, and now I have a problem
with Idea. When I do a Shift-F1 to display External Javadoc for an
item, a Command Prompt window opens with the URL for the javadoc in
the title bar of the window instead of in the broswer. Of course, no
data is displayed in the Command Prompt window. HTML files are
associated with IE, and open normally when I double-click on them from
Windows Explorer.

I know this problem is probably not directly related to IDEA, but I
was hoping someone would know the exact protocol they use, and would
know how to fix this problem.

Thanks in advance.
