[ANN] Java Plug-in Framework (JPF) 0.3 released

Hello!

JPF (Java Plugin Framework) is a general-purpose plug-in framework intended
to help building scalable, extendable Java applications with low cost of
maintenance. The framework is specially designed to be easily included into
Java project of any kind.

With this release introduced initial implementation of "JPF tools" - utility
classes that help building applications with JPF. Now tools include:
- integrity checker;
- documentation generator;
- plug-ins archive tool.
