How do I run eclipse with Obfuscation

The product I currently developing is obfuscated before sending out.
However, there are a lot of bugs appear after obfuscation, for exmaple,
one of the new feature using velocity template, which total don't work
after obfuscation.

I would like to know is there any plugin / setting for eclipse that will
obfuscate java class while build, so that I can catch this bug when
development. Can anybody help me?
