Eclipse project shared with multiples repositories

Hi,
I've been looking for a solution to my situation, but did'not find.
I have one project wich i would like to share with two repositories.
I know I cannot share directly the same project, but I've tried to
link the src folder on the second project in order to syncrhonize the
src with the first one, but it won't work (naming conflict).
If anybody has a clue....
