NetBeans 4.0 Plug-ins Installation(How to?)

    I have NetBeans 4.0 IDE.
    I have downloaded several plug-ins in the form of zip files.
    There is no menu corresponding to Installation of Plug-in in the IDE.
    How to install the plug-ins? Please help.
