I have NetBeans 4.0 IDE.
I have downloaded several plug-ins in the form of zip files.
There is no menu corresponding to Installation of Plug-in in the IDE.
How to install the plug-ins? Please help.

AFAIK, for turbo delphi explorer, the only way to obtain a license ... you could eliminate all the v1.1 .net dependencies of the IDE... if you walk the .net free way, the installation of the turbo delphi ... (borland.public.delphi.non-technical)
