Silverstream internal scheduling

I have to work with an installation of SilverStream 3.5.2. I should
note I'm not a developer, but the actual developers are long gone and
we've just been keeping the things up and running - barely - since
around early 2001. It has been dropped in my lap, and all I know how
to do is, basically, stop and restart Silverstream.

My company has some export files that Silverstream generates. However,
we cannot figure out what triggers the process to generate the files.

Is there some kind of internal scheduler for SilverSTream that anyone
can refer me to, in the hopes that somewhere we will be able to figure
out why a datafile that should be created daily is only coming out on
Monday, Wednesday and Friday?

Again, I am not a programmer; however, this group seems to have
excellent knowledge of such things.
