OK, so the only quote I see there are not the words of Donald Rumsfeld. I still see no "confession". You rightly claim that they do not dispute it. They said they were working on it and will get back to them. That does not qualify as a "confession".

And on the page you repeat the lie by saying that "Bush presided over a $3 trillion dollar embezzlement and covered it up." Once again during the period in question George Bush was Governor of Texas and did not preside over anything concerning the Pentagon. The fact is that Bill Clinton presided over the loss (or at least misaccounting) of trillions of dollars from the Pentagon. Whether this was embezzelment, I have no knowledge so will not make unfounded accusations. The fact that Donald Rumsfeld cannot answer for what happened before he took office is not at all surprising to me and certainly does not qualify as a "confession".

And have not been an apologist for anyone here. My political views are off-topic because I have not expressed any political views here for or against anyone. I have simply called you on your incorrect facts.
