Accessing huge data files

Hi,

I am trying to access huge files in server using Webservice. I am
using

1. Eclipse 3.1 as IDE
2. Tomcat 5.5.10
3. Apache Beehive
4. Axis 1.6.5

Please provide a link of tutorial or please provide me the steps
involved in this.
