Experience with Retroweaver

Hello,

I'm searching in the Internet for some reports about the Java bytecode
converter Retroweaver(http://retroweaver.sourceforge.net/), but I
haven't found many. :( Therefore, I ask: Has anybody some experience
with this tool? Especially interests me:
1.) Are alternative tools available?
2.) Where are the limitations of the tool?
