Eclipse Plugin-To create a jar in Web Project when i build a Java Project

Hi

I have a web project and a few Java projects in my eclipse 3.0.2.

Is there any eclipse 3.0.2 plugin which automatically creates a jar in web
project whenever I build a Java Project ??

Iam using eclipse 3.0.2 version.
