sysdeo apache plugin and axis problem

Hello,

I have Tomcat 5.5 and axis 1.3 installed on my windows box and working
(http://localhost:8080, http://localhost:8080/axis,
http://localhost:8080/axis/services/MyService).

I wanted to debug server side code. So I installed tomcat plugin V3.1
from sysdeo. I stopped the apache tomcat service in "services" and
started apache tomcat in eclipse IDE.

I am able to now navigate to http://localhost:8080. However, trying
http://localhost:8080/axis returns HTTP 404.

The items I checked:
1. Apache tomcat is listening on port 8080 in both cases
2. In eclipse Preferences->Tomcat, I set tomcat version to 5.x, tomcat
home to D:\Apache\Tomcat5_5 (conf, webapps, etc fall under this dir).
3. I am able to go back to starting Apache tomcat from "services" and
get back full access to web services.

I am not sure if the plugin install destroyed any service request to
axis engine mapping. I did not make any other configuration changes
after tomcat plugin install.

I am new to using apache tomcat and would appreciate any help.

Thanks,
mar

.
