Add button to Eclipse toolbar

Hi,
I'm using Eclipse 3.1.0 and I'd like to add a 'Run on server' button to
the Launch toolbar, but can't find it in Customize Perspective. Is
there an easy way to do this and, if there is, how is it done ?
