Eclipse project windows

Using 1.3.0 , can someone tell me if it's possible to have Eclipse open
the same windows I had open for a project when opening that same
(closed) project again ? As it is now, I only get the editor windows
from Eclipse's last session, when I didn't close the project(s).
Furthermore I'd like to add a button to 'Run on server', but couldn't
find that either.
