Also you could look at Oracle JDeveloper. You have to have a free developer account to download just like Sun.

You may want to look at Jude (UML Modeling Tool). It's a nice small footprint tool. I am trying to remember if it does Reverse engineering. I can not think of why not since that is usually a main feature for OOP tools like this..
