Problem with Eclipse 3.2 WST

Hello,

I use Eclipse SDK 3.2 with JDT, JST and WST on SuSE Linux 10.1. My
problem:

Everytime I try to create a new "Dynamic Web Project" the project
assistant tries to open a license in my browser, but this does not
work. I checked the browser configuration within Eclipse and tried
Opera, Konqueror and Firefox. The project assistant only shows the "I
Disagree" button, the "I Agree"-button is disabled.

What am I doing wrong? How can I avoid this license or accept it
manually?
